You can book and move in directly through our website, or contact our team and we’ll send you a quote via email or SMS. Once your booking is completed, payment received, and ID verified, you can then move in at your convenience and claim the auth access key. Free parking at the site.
For safety and legal reasons, certain items cannot be stored. This includes flammable or hazardous materials, perishable goods, stolen or illegal items, and anything that may cause environmental harm. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to contact our team for clarification before moving in.
We strongly recommend that you insure your stored items. Insurance companies can provide appropriate coverage for your stored goods.
If you don't have padlock, you can purchase from us either online or front desk, ensuring only you have access. The facility is fully enclosed with security fencing and features PIN-controlled gate entry. In addition, the site is monitored by 24/7 camera surveillance, providing an extra layer of protection and peace of mind for your stored belongings.
We offer flexible storage options to suit your needs. While there is a minimum one-month charge, you’re welcome to use the space for a shorter period if required. When you’re ready to move out, we simply ask that you provide at least 14 days’ notice.
Payments are made automatically each month via your nominated credit card or bank account, with all fees charged in advance. We also require a one-month deposit bond at the start of your agreement, which will be refunded when you return your access key, and vacate your unit, provided it is left clean and empty.
